GENERAL OVERVIEW
As the official broadcaster, Astro offers the most comprehensive coverage and premium viewing experience for UEFA EURO 2020™. Watch on the Ultra Box with all 51 live matches in 4K on 2 dedicated UHD and HD channels, and stream on Astro GO.

1. How can I watch the UEFA EURO 2020™ on Astro?
All active Sports Pack subscribers get to enjoy complimentary access to the UEFA EURO 2020™.

Complimentary UEFA EURO 2020™ access is available for:
• Existing Sports Pack subscribers as at 31 March 2021
• Astro customers who upgrade to Sports Pack (bundled or a-la-carte) from 1 April 2021*
• New customers who subscribe to Sports Pack (bundled or a-la-carte) from 1 April 2021*
*Will be subjected to a 12-month contract on Sports Pack and contract will be activated within 4 working days. Terms & Conditions Apply

2. When can I begin watching UEFA EURO 2020™ content?
Customers who have access to UEFA EURO 2020™ can watch on two dedicated HD channels
(CH810 and CH809), which will show all UEFA EURO 2020™ qualifying matches, highlights, friendly matches and magazine showsfrom 1 June 2021, before the tournament kicks off on 12 June 2021.

3. What can I watch on the UHD channels on Ultra Box prior to the kick-off of UEFA EURO 2020™?
The UHD channels (CH781 and CH782) will open beginning with the first match on 12 June, 3am (Malaysian Time), and will show live matches in 4K UHD, and repeat matches only.

4. How can Astro customers to subscribe to Sports Pack?
• Channel 200: Customers may select the Sports package or ala carte under “Sports” category

Astro Special Terms & Conditions for the UEFA EURO 2020™ (“Special Campaign”)

FOR ASTRO RESIDENTIAL SUBCRIBERS

1. These Astro Special Campaign Terms and Conditions for the UEFA EURO 2020™ are intended to be read together with the Astro General Terms & Conditions. In the event there is a conflict, these Special Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. As the official broadcaster for UEFA EURO 2020™ in Malaysia, Astro offers the most comprehensive coverage UEFA EURO 2020™ on Astro set top box and Astro Go app. The UEFA EURO 2020™ will be made available to all active Sports Customers (ala carte & bundle) via Sports Pass.

3. UEFA EURO Euro 2020™ starts on 12th June 2021 at 21:00 and ends on 13th July 2021 (Malaysia Time: 13th June 2021 at 0300 and ends on 14th July 2021).
4. Astro will cover all 51 LIVE matches on dedicated channels as follows:
a) CH781 (UHD) available from 10th June 2021; and
b) CH782 (UHD) available from 20th June 2021; and
c) CH810 and CH809 (HD) will be available on 1st June 2021 at 00:01hrs, and close on 17th July 2021 at 23:59hrs.
For UHD channels, customer must be on Ultra Box to enjoy the LIVE UEFA EURO 2020™ matches in 4K UHD.
Sports Customers on legacy Astro set top box which does not support HD will be required to upgrade the set top box to enjoy Sports Pass.

5. For the purposes of this Special Campaign, the following terms shall have the following meaning:
"Sports Pass” Sports Pass will enable the Customers to watch all 51 LIVE matches of UEFA EURO 2020™ on dedicated channels as below:
CH810 and CH809 (HD) from 1st June 2021 to 17th July 2021 and CH781 (UHD) from 10th June 2021
to 17th July 2021

6. UEFA EURO 2020™ will be made available to all active Sports Customers via Sports Pass.
Below is the entitlement for the Sports Pass:

Note:
1. Not applicable for other Sports ala carte / bundle subscriptions i.e Premier League Pack, Sports Lite, Sports Focus, Box Office Sports, WWE, Golf, Rugby, Cricket Pass
2. The price stated in the table above excludes the 6% government tax
3. Contract to be activated within 4 working days from the subscription of the Sports Pack.

7. Multiroom (RM50 flat/ MR 50%) and Mini Multiroom.
Sports Customers subscribing to Multiroom (RM50 flat / MR 50%) will enjoy complementary access to Sports Pass. Sports Customers must remain active on their Sports Pack subscription and the Multiroom (RM50 flat / MR 50%) to enjoy the complimentary access.

Multiroom Customers (RM50 flat / MR 50%) who are not on Sports Pack subscription for their primary pack will have to upgrade their primary subscription to Sports Pack (bundle or ala carte) in order to enjoy Sports Pass.
Sports Pass is not available on Mini Multiroom subscriptions.

8. Astro shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay or change in the scheduling of any match at the advertised time or the appearance of any team(s) or player(s) in any match as advertised.
Astro may also vary its services or any part thereof at any time by changing or withdrawing a scheduled match, adding another match or changing the transmission time of a scheduled match.
Astro will provide its customers with as much notice as possible of such changes. Astro will not be liable for any loss or disappointment as a result of these actions.

9. Astro reserves the right to cancel, disqualify, refuse or reject any application to purchase/subscribe to the UEFA EURO 2020™ and/or not continue with this Special Campaign at any point in time without assigning any reason. In such a situation, if the Customer has paid for the Sports Pass, Astro’s sole liability to the Customer would be to refund the monies paid by the Customer for the Sports Pass.

10. Any purchase of the Sports Pass is not transferable and/or refundable. The Customer shall be liable for any taxes or levies on the Sports Pass as imposed by the Government, if applicable.
