I wonder what happens to existing Astro IPTV customer

Current subscriber contract extend another 24 month if add bundle broadband 😒

Same here I am 1.1 beta tester but can’t sing up for 1.2. Called customer service wasted 40 minutes and on,y thing they can tell me 4K hdr not ready for testing. Will update when it’s ready. Then why the hell post the sign up link on Astro website? Why some users can sign up for 1.2, is it only for new users who never enroll with 1.1 before?

Must be some internal miscommunication somewhere...

Yesterday livechat with them, apparently they told me beta v1.2 currently open to klang valley astro users only, while I am from Penang, have to wait for announcement from astro later , was told no tentative date from them too

They should have stated in their FAQ

I am staying in an apartment and applied. This morning already got call from Astro confirming on my application for the beta tester.
She ask whether my apartment use individual or centralize dish, mine is individual so can proceed and now waiting to installer set appointment.
will see what's next

Update: my Astro Ultra installation appointment is on next Wednesday.

And for this 4K beta, we don't need to subscribe to anything right? Just the existing subscription must have HD service.

astro just called I do not qualify for 4KUHD cos I am not from Klang Valley

U can try not to log in instead... key in ur name, IC number n the form will lookup ur smart card number for u

Yup,that is the way I did yesterday!

I did that, but after I enter my IC number on the form, it prompts me to login to my Astro ID. Haiz.
