Signed up beta 1.2 since last week and no one called to verify. Called customer service they said Astro having issue now to convert account to beta. So still have to wait....

My ultra hd decoder is acting weird today. When watching 309 or 308, after half a minute the image froze and no sound. Need to power off and on the decoder.
If other channels ok pulak. Already called and wait for them to swap another decoder.

Is it possible to suspend Astro service temporary without terminating when one is not at home for an extended period of time (i.e. 6 months)?

Anyone facing Astro UltraBox messing up HDMI ARC/eARC where sometimes no sound coming from soundbar? The only solution is restart the TV.
Astro is connected to TV and TV is connected to Soundbar via eARC. Confirmed its not TV or Soundbar issue has both were changed to new one recently. In fact it happened with my old TV and soundbar also. HDMI cable also changed using a new one.

Now only I noticed under audio settings of Astro ultra box, there is not only Dolby digital, there is Dolby Atmos too. But anyway I chose stereo for overall better volume. The other 2 resulting the volume gets too soft even on my Dolby Atmos soundbar.

Got HDCP issue with LG TV and Astro Ultra Box, called Astro and was informed this is a common issue with LG TV users. They need to escalate to Ultra Box specialist team to handle this. Any LG TV users here facing same issue? It happens randomly, when it happens most channels show the error but still got audio. Channels not affected are TV1, TV2, TV3, NTV7, 352, 353, 354. what I did is off both TV and Ultrabox and unplug HDMI cable and plug back then it is ok...but until it happens again randomly.
