QUOTE(joshhd @ Aug 19 2019, 11:32 AM) I post it here, to see if there is any relation to Astro: seems like Bloomberg TV, BabyFirst and PlayBox in addition to BAM Extreme & BAM Entertainment are also ceasing. BabyFirst (Baby TV rip-off) is distributed by HBO ... my guess is Red and BabyFirst was sold together as a package and the contract is now ending. As Red by HBO is going away from Unifi TV, and the channel is now available on HBO Go where HBO Go is exclusive to Astro movies pack customers only. Must be some business agreement going on here.... Would Astro offer Red by HBO channel to its TV platform in the future, or make it as exclusive channel on Astro Go only? Time will tell lo... Anyways, Red is nonsense channel, no loss for the viewers. https://community.unifi.com.my/t5/Product-a...-ANT/td-p/23192 |

QUOTE(JuneResources @ Aug 21 2019, 04:51 PM) So that means they did not change whole set outdoor dish? My guess the function is same as the old smart card, just smaller size which is similar to sim card as we use for mobile phone. The installer use the word 'sim card' which also make me curious. By the way, may I know hw much your subscriptions fees? Another thing as I see from photo, there is no cable behind the ultra box. Is it wireless link to TV to watch channels? Looking so awesome.. I just thinking how the SIM card look like? Can take photo of the SIM Card? That's sound very curious.. Yes, just the LNB receiver, still using the same dish for byond. I'm on superpack 1, RM150++ No, still use HDMI cable to connect to TV and also cable connected from power supply . The picture is from the box, I didn't manage to snap photo of the actual decoder as I was in rush. It's very small, save space. |

Inconvenient for those who have no internet / internet down Unless the “SIM card” provides data for it Though if there’s poor coverage it wouldn’t be useful This post has been edited by yongtjunkit: Aug 21 2019, 08:51 PM |
