My friend account is eligible for upgrade. But he got unifi since the 5mbps days. I believe the btu/router doesn't support it. Will TM change it for him when the times comes or my friend need to tell TM about it? Upgrade status is Aug-Dec

Anyone got experience on this? If the fibre cable from the post to outside your house got problem and has to be replaced, do you have to pay for it?

if unifi don't have that hypptv, I would stay with them.
but I move to other camp because im the person don't like to pay something that I didn't use. I don't believe the hypptv is "free" at all. when it come to the 10x speed upgrade, I have to say I abit regret, BUT I just close one eye because the internet im having right now is sufficient already. unless they lower down the price, then I should do something lah.. |

I can understand if inside got problem we have to pay to re-do. But outside cable if broken or tree branch fall and damage etc etc, I thought its their responsibility. |

i got email july 19 saying ive been turboed starting aug 15.... i just check with the link above and it says January – June 2019 now
