I'm getting status 500 when I check the BIP eligibility from rhombuscake site. What does that mean? I'm on FTTH 50mbps now.

No worry, FOC if outside to pole. Mine broken once before. Call 100 to report, mine within 2 hours contractor came and fixed the cable.

Yes you're right about the first part. However, during my membawang session with fellow contractor, nowadays TM does not provide free cables to them.

It's their responsibility to determine what type of cable used during your installation as kampung area tends to have monyet joget @ cable. So, asks them to use self-supporting cable one (more expensive).

Try again. That is an invalid response. You need to have a data that states your account details and everything if you do it right.

normally FTTH customers have no problem for upgrade, only VDSL customers need aware of the free upgrade is best effort because of copper condition

if you all got email stated your free upgrade is Jan-Jun 2019 and stated free upgrade is started from aug 2018 then you are not in 1st phase

dont use it to check eligible for free upgrade
