I wanna know if only 10mbps customer will get the free turbo upgarde. Those who are using 30mbps will bot get a free upgrade is it?

I just subscribed to 10mbps but if i go to tm to upgrade to 30mbps, will it automatically update or what?

Just went to tm to upgrade from 10 to 30 mbps wig additonal 10 ringgit only but need to wait 2 days πŸ˜‘

If your modem is connected to the telephone cable - Then you are on VDSL/VDSL2 and you will not be getting any Turbo upgrade of 100Mbs/300Mbs/800Mbs
If your modem is connected to the fiber cable - Then you are on FTTH & you will be getting the Turbo upgrade from 10Mbs to 100Mbs

Ignore the color of the cable, what's important is the connector

They connected mine using cable and not the telephone cable (they also use telephone cable for streamyx right?). Does it mean i can get the turbo upgrade?

Yass. How do we know when are they going to upgrade tho? I just upgrade from 10 to 30. So will i get 100 or 300?
