download 10mbps, upload 15mbps. my pakej 10mbps. today speed very awesome. why my upload very high?????

yup use the app too, never fail to show up the details. the different only the services started date. in web version it shows April 2016 ( unifi pro upgrade ), in app shows the RYE 2017 date 8 jan 2018.

Guys, will Unifi give discount/rebate for the those eligible for upgrade but does not get their upgrade for the period of time?

I think the Unifi selfcare system is overload with users trying to login to check their upgrade status. laugh.gif Mine also encounter userID and password error. sweat.gif

Reboot my router this morning before going to work to try speedtest. No luck, still 100mbps.

Even TM Rewards cannot log in.

Anyway I realized at 100Mbps to 800Mbps - not a big impact for me when you sit and play games ...its nicer

100 mbps is more than enough, especially for gamers. We just want the monthly fee to be cut into half. bruce.gif

How much are you paying - i am paying like RM 222 a month and i saw some people are paying Rm 189 and RM 159 for 100Mbps

I just need a min of 100mbps just for myself biggrin.gif
downloading a 60gb+ game is a pain in the arse especially when some one is also playing online mp at the same for 50mbps user bye.gif

Look into QoS - even if you have 800Mbps and if you start downloading and playing games - your latency would go up to the sky...
