When I was on RM219 50MBps with Jumbo and Ruby, I enquiry them whether I can terminate my Jumbo Pack (then upgrade to 189 for 100Mbps + free Jumbo Pack) like 20+times. I can confirmed that the discount given to you is bundled to the unifi tv packages. If you have two pack, the two pack need to stay with you to be entitled for the discount given earlier. In other words, if you insist to terminate one of the unifi tv pack, the discount on the internet will be voided.

Only those with old unifi TV packages / Jumbo Lite pack user need to call 100 manually to choose which pack they prefer.
And yes, my unifi portal also stating the old Ruby name without the Plus. But we can enjoy the enhanced content already.

Today you think you got the best discount, but there are more better packages / discount waiting for us to complaint tomorrow ...
For example, When I was on 30/50Mbps RM219, I got Jumbo and Ruby, which I guess the cheapest already. Who knows they drop the price to RM199, then RM179 included with VAR pack. Later got 189 for 100Mbps + free Jumbo pack... Now I downgraded back to 30Mbps RM139 with Ruby Plus Pack, and I will stick to it, deny all future upgrade offer to save my money.

The final monthly price will remain unchanged even TM agreed to let her to terminate the Ruby Pack RM30 (I doubt that). I can confirm this when I request to downgrade Ruby Pack RM40 to RM30.

You see that lasttime i from OKU VIP5 RM119,but there never gave me free upgrade to 10Mb, and at 01/10/2017,i myself upgrade to lite 10Mb,and after 1month there out bonanza, i go TMpoints 3time also cant get the RM139 for 30Mb,after i must complain to MCMC,and there gave me the price package,i know my price maybe is nice compare to another RM139,but now the 139 package also got many type discount,the best deal is
RM139 get the jumbo pack,if i want upgrade i need to pay RM149 ald, i know maybe i can ask TM gave a jumbo pack for discount RM90,but now my package is the best ald

seriously, like i've always said, it is a real messy cockup on unif's part over the years.

too many packages, too many deals, too many variations... make people sick.

some sick becos they actually pay a lot more, some sick becos they dun get the best or cheapest package.

no end to this as long as their way of biz continues...

want to ask..any1 used 100mbps package if compulsory need fiber line? since my apartment stuck at 30mbps info from TM cause of copper line. but wonder since TIME also already in my stay apartment. Just came in last year. 100 to 300 Mbps...any1 can help?

Hi zkteh. What do you mean by this statement? Yesterday I went to TM point and requested them to change my old Ruby Pack (RM40) to the latest Ruby pack (RM30). The order is done and now my dashboard is showing Ruby Pack (Promo) instead of that old Ruby Pack 2. So my next monthly bill should be minus Rm10, isn't it? I also asked the counter about this and she said yes.

Because when TM gives discount, they only deduct from the internet part. When your ruby pack is less RM10, then TM will remove the extra RM10 discount on the internet. In other word, the final bill will not be changed.

After all, it depends the person who handles your downgrade order, if they say your monthly bill will become RM179, and your next bill confirms it, then congrats. Thank you.

The second number varies across a large pool. Ping, speedtest, bufferbloats seemed normal. Noticed the usual attacks that is blocked by the router.

Be VERY careful when changing HYPPTV package. they will put you on a new 1 year contract and will have penalty if cancel halfway.

I had existing to the old Mega pack (RM50) with 30mbps (RM169) and they recently changed all the channel and now even ruby+ pack had more channel.

When i call in to change to ruby+ pack. they need to charge me RM10 for the swap and put me in for 1 year contract.

and NEW UNIFI customer is given a much better deal from what i read here.

Uifi just don't bother to service legacy customers. I am complainant this to MCMC.

I consider this cheat and unfair.

Content-wise, TM already renames their Jumbo to Ultimate and others too, but back-end change will only commence late May for unifi users.
This time if you have the Ultimate pack, you can't subscribe to another pack.

Customer will save RM 30 for existing customer with Jumbo+Ruby.

i was on Platinum pack and now their ruby pack alone has more channels than my supposed to have all channels pack.

Will they auto remove the RM 30? I doubt so.

When will this rm30 reduction be effective.
It is fantastic if can save another rm30, so don't even need to cancel ruby to get this savings, TQVM.
So I will be paying rm129 for 30Mbps+Ultimate+STD20. Some will be paying rm149 for 30Mbps+Ultimate+STD20. fruitie your wish comes true.

I get the renaming of the packages but where did you hear about the RM30 savings?

Fingers crossed. If really RM149 for 100 and Ultimate, fantastic lah. Looks like TM really want to wipe Time off the map. Can’t wait for the higher speed offerings.
