30Mbps + Unifi TV (Aneka, Ruby, Varnam = worth RM30) ==> RM139 exclude GST.
Get Ultimate (known as Jumbo previously), need to add extra RM30 ==> RM169 (exclude GST), plus GST that would be ~ RM179

platinum pack... pretty old... meaning u r long time customer.
recently, many got this deal: +rm10/20 to go 50->100mbps.
it comes with jumbo (u give up platinum)... jumbo now has become ultimate which has ALL channels except 2 ala carte.
u definitely need to call to give an earful.
or live chat or visit tmpoint, make noise.
the price u r paying, should be able to get something.

Be VERY careful when changing HYPPTV package. they will put you on a new 1 year contract and will have penalty if cancel halfway.

I had existing to the old Mega pack (RM50) with 30mbps (RM169) and they recently changed all the channel and now even ruby+ pack had more channel.

When i call in to change to ruby+ pack. they need to charge me RM10 for the swap and put me in for 1 year contract.

and NEW UNIFI customer is given a much better deal from what i read here.

Uifi just don't bother to service legacy customers.  I am complainant this to MCMC.

I consider this cheat and unfair.

Since both TMPoint in Melawati / Titiwangsa not helping... why not try it in TMPoint (Quill City Mall)?
I successfully changed to this new package (was RM179 for 30Mbps) for my parent over there after 2nd visit (need to fill-up surat aduan - let their manager review it and few days later changed successful).

For my own account (was RM159), I went to TM Point Cyberjaya - just mention this package and they update in their system immediately, that's even faster!
The TM staff told me it was only for new subscriber previously, but due to too many complaint received (especially from MCMC), they receive instruction to open this package to new/existing subscriber, no question ask.
