What router are you using? You sure no one else is using your bandwidth? Mine is good, IP 115.x.x.x.

I changed my ip to 115, twitch is still lagging above 480p.

What router and firmware?

Yeah, those 42 and 47 IP address seems to be very problematic. A lot of people have problem with it. Don't really know why. Make sure you send a report to TM every time you face this problem. If you don't tell them, they won't know also. Best way is to email as that should create a ticket in their system automatically. One or two report, they might wave it off as an isolated case or put the blame on your router. So the more reports the better.

they better fix this issue before roll out the "turbo plan", it always happen during peak time at night.

Eveytime like that,TM support staff always say not their problem,normally submit report 10 time got 9 time will say your problem,and only 1 time they will try to find the source problem and solution.

tell them that it is confirm their fault. And show proof to them that international like singapore freaking slow + malaysian website nothing wrong. When livechat over give them 0 and type issue not fix. Next day they gonna call u and ask u to give them the website link for them to fix.

i give them the twitch website link and then i show them my ping to singapore or anywhere that u are having issues with.

Most likely a "disclaimer" due to those on VDSL will not be able to enjoy this upgrade in speed.

If you are on LAN, then it is possible. But, on WiFi, you can forget it. Would recommend you get at least, the Asus RT-AC1300UHP.
