I am under the contract for Thank You Surprise Campaign last year, contract until mid next month. I am paying RM199 (50mbps upgraded to 100mbps foc) + 30 (ruby pack).

I contacted CS to ask to terminate the hypptv since I'm not using it at all, but was informed I can't terminate hypptv only, it is bundled with the unifi package. I can't terminate it even after my contract period because it is bundled.

Any ideas on how to work around this bundled package thing?
