yup, the foundation stops at the lot boundary, doesn't go as far as the back alley.
for the front, it stops at the gate, which means not surprising is 1-2inch also seen between gate and road.

Ceiling is low and corridors not wide. It's like mid valley,not jj Bukit tinggi.
