My statement was 11th, got charged interest on 11th.

The apology sms and the finance charge reversal came 1 to 2 days after. 10 days later, still havent solve this problem. Lol.

Did you contact them or they send the sms automatically?

reporting in cause i also checked my statement and suddenly come out retail interest of RM90++, and i paid up in full and on time previously..

was WTF-ing worried if it could be due to BT.. but then i checked, my BT is paid up 4/6 so far.. So its not even final month due yet..

then read here a lot also kena.. so is UOB's fakkap la not us..

Some poor intern/employee's daily job this month is to click one by one through everyone's accounts and post a rectifying transaction for mistakenly charged retail interest. You think they will get any bonus for this stupid work?

CS informed it will only be reverted next statement, but I can ignore the interest charged.

They really fuck up this, now it becomes mess+mess, they waived 2 times.

Same things here, my 3 cards all kena charged. Call them immediately, then kena CS replied : card owner late payment. Then my answer : to check and re-confirm before make any judgement is CS responsibility. Then she apologizes, will forward to finance department for following up. Also, she automatically waive my credit card annual fee without any hesitate.
Recently there is a lot unauthorized transactions from PP*GOOGLE TIKTOK LIVE. Beware everyone.
