check whether it's the auto allocation of payments when you have multiple uob cards

only have 1 card with them. I tried to call the hotline but no ppl pick up after 2 attempts (more than 10 mins)

switched to online chat and found out that it was caused by system glitch (wtf?) and there will be reversal within 2 working days

same here...

i fully paid till 0 balance also they charge me retail interest on my BT acc... so, i told them to reverse the interest n close the BT acc...

last time i also like that, after that realise that BT got the final month due date which must pay fully before our statement due date
so whenever you apply for bt, make sure u ask for the due for the final bt payment to avoid such interest charge
they waive for me for the first time, the second month also will incur another round of small interest charge and they waive it as well

I’m aware of the due date. My case, I never pay late, n I even pay in advance and fully settled before the BT due date. But, they still charge me interest, so, their system memang has issue

Yes my friend also kena interest for late finance charge.
He said luckily he got check else Rm200++ fly away.
CS told him is system error........

Ya, when I apply, the officer has informed me about the “special” due date which is not following statement due date. My first UOB BT kena many years back, after that I turn “smart” for all subsequent BT with UOB.

But, recent interest charges that UOB having is due to their system issue.. they can’t find why the interest is charged. That’s y I tell them to straight close the acc since I already clear off the BT. If there r new 0% offer next time only open new BT acc as they have been recycled the same BT acc for many times.

Hi all , i am new to UOB TMRW MY apps.
I just done setup the UOB Pay but i try to tap on the payment machine (with NFC on), it failed to do payment.
May i know how to use the UOB pay ?

Need to unlock the phone first before tap ?

i also cant use it since day one, just wave the physical card

I just chat with UOB , they tell me need to login the app , select the UOB Pay then tap.

I am also having issue with UOB Pay.. Cant even setup after OTP Verification. just loading ...till minutes also not done.. Kill App, reset, or reinstall also the same.. .

I do wish they support SamsungPay or ApplePay , (SG does support for both SamsungPay and Apple Pay already) ..
Missed those day with Citiibank ...
