QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 5 2018, 07:51 AM) yes, to most RM10 payment is easy. I don't really have many bills and I need to pay a lump sum of RM5xx (no splitting) so yeah... 😅😅but i was curious why he/she did <RM10 payment instead anyhow, i took the screenshot and email to UOB CS I also added the question of "multiple payees in JomPAY", whether it's considered as 1 "merchant" or multiple "merchants" for transactions <RM10. Anyway, will wait for your feedback. Thanks. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 5 2018, 03:27 PM) here's the answer: Wow, that's fast.1) per your screenshot, answer "We wish to inform the below transactions will be considered as 1 transaction." 2) per my question about multiple payees (<RM10) in JomPAY, answer "We wish to inform that multiple payment to different merchant via Jompay will be considered as separate transactions." 3) per my question how uob system differentiate different merchant, answer "We refer to the first question, this are considered as same transaction due to same merchant ‘ DIGI’ hence the transaction will be considered as one transaction." answer #3 is a bit odd, unless uob system so powderful to find similarities in description names Really appreciate your help, thanks! |

I've tried 03-2612 8121 and 03-2612 3333 on 3 different days and they are always busy |

Anyone managed to get SST rebate for the 2nd time this year?
I called earlier and they said I have claimed last year and not eligible anymore. Just checking if I should waste time calling again. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 1 2020, 01:20 AM) I have done 4x and only left with RM 15 quota and wanted to reload GrabPay... Then only realised it has increased its minimum reload to RM 20. Same, at first I thought I saw wrongly but mine was the 3rd transaction so I could still adjust Not willing to spend more, I will push my fifth transaction to 2nd May. |
