This is the worse telco plan with confusing T&Cs. Their CS also confused.

Why can't TM release an official statement to clear all the doubts? Is it so difficult to do? Their marketing team really sucks! Allows this issue to drag on for months until today.

But how about using the freebies comes with the sim? Will it be considered chargeable rate too or they will only considered a chargeable rate only if we use the add ons that we bought?

Even original Unifi/Streamyx marketing also misleading advertising.

At first implement RM99 Unifi Lite for all subscriber, then suddenly taken down.
End up implement again with only for student Unifi Lite.
Existing customer pay expensive plan than new customer with the same speed.

To tell you the truth, I still don't trust their statement fully. There could still be a twist later on.

Since the data provided is LTE, if I am using a 3G phone, can I still use the LTE data?

Currently using Samsung Note 2 for the unifi mobile sim card.

I can make call but cant access internet, even i have changed the APN setting.

This whole thing remind me of 4G simcard by YES... I think the whole thing similiar... end up, unless like myself who took it as 2nd phone for calling and sms, the data plan part really useless in long run.. too many places can't support it.. hate it when it jumps around between 4G and 2/3G...

U need to have a mobile which supports band 5, 38 & 40 to widen the coverage area. Since it is free I have nothing to complain and is hoping that usage of the freebies will extend validity.

They do support 3G and 3.5G, but only data 'labeled' as 3G/LTE can be used under 3G.
If it is an LTE data, can only be utilized when you have LTE.

For example 8GB (RM 50) have 4GB of data for 3G/LTE and 4GB of data for LTE.
That means, if you're in 3G area or using 3G phone, you can only use 4GB of data
