"We reached out to someone at TM for clarification on what it takes to keep your line active. He told us that all you’ll need is to do one of the following to reset the entire 90 days cycle:

1. Make 1 outgoing phone call, or
2. Send 1 outgoing SMS, or
3. Browse for 1MB, or
4. Reload any amount between RM10, 30, 50, 100, or
5. Purchase any of our data or voice and SMS passes

So technically, if you have 20GB of LTE data, your line can be active for 20 months without needing a top-up if you only use 1GB/month. Alternatively, your line could last 40 months if you use 500MB/month."

This is what I learnt from livechat. If you don't collect your SIM card(s) within 30 days from the order date, your order will be cancelled automatically.

From the T&C...

4. Usage Limitation on the Service
Mobile Service

These are some of our limitation you should be aware of:-

VIDEO STREAMING WILL BE AUTO-TUNED TO 480P WIDE SCREEN (BY THIRD PARTY STREAMING SOFTWARE).

What is the minimum credit top-up value? If RM0.50 is acceptable, can save the hassle to call oversea number to remain active. Just top up RM0.50.

Where did you get the information that you can top up 50¢?

My understanding is that the minimum single top-up is RM10, through the app only.
*
I didn't say that. I asked question. Please read again.

So, Your understanding from the above FAQ is "making any calls, sending SMS or browsing will keep your line active" ?

For more precise TnC, I copy paste from the TnC from Unifi website as follows:

4. VALIDITY PERIOD
The SIM Card will remain valid for as long as either one or all of the following activity is carried out;

I. Reload your Account
II. Purchase any Add-Ons
III. Perform any chargeable activity in the form of Call/SMS/usage of Data

Should you fail to do either one or all of the above within a period of ninety (90) days, the SIM Card will become inactive and the Service will be Terminated. The Mobile Number will be released to the general pool of numbers. You will not be able to get back the same Mobile Number.
*
In order to do activity no. (II & III), we need to do activity no. (I).
Now, why can't I reload my account with RM0.50 if TM permits? That's the point I am coming to when I asked about top up.

u need band 5 on your phone to have the 4g line. otherwise it will be 3g service. 50mb.

Not 100% true.
Huawei P9 without band 5 still able to connect to Unifi 4G LTE provided the area uses band 38/40.

I tested it and confirmed the connection is 4G LTE as I had finished the free 50MB 3G quota early. I also noticed a reduction in the free LTE quota.

What on-screen keyboard your phone is using? Try change it to other and retry.

I just created an account yesterday using Swiftkey.

This is the worse telco plan with confusing T&Cs. Their CS also confused.

Why can't TM release an official statement to clear all the doubts? Is it so difficult to do? Their marketing team really sucks! Allows this issue to drag on for months until today.

Do you notice the following new data add-on in the apps?
Unlimited 2 hours RM2
Unlimited Daily RM0

Could be some mistakes?

I have no idea... but my advise is why not add rm2 more to get 1gb LTE + 1gb 3g?
*
Before you can buy any addons, must reload first. Minimum reload is RM10. In order to buy RM13/RM15 data addon, you need to reload minimum 2 x RM10.
I asked CS before. 1GB basic only supports 3G.
