just port out from hotlink to unifi mobile. so far there is a few problems that I am facing:

1) First Time Login to Unifi Mobile IOS apps: Unable to receive TAC.

2) iMessage & FaceTime: Unable to activate both services. Only manage to use my own apple ID to use iMessage / Facetime.

3) Social media: (i) send them a message thru unifi mobile FB (https://www.facebook.com/unifimobile/) for assistance. No Response.

(ii) send a twitter message to @helpmeunifi. Response: refer to Live Chat or send a report to @webe_official to lodge a report.

(iii) Live Chat. Response to fill in e form.

I guess will need to wait a few months for them to be very stable.

i called Unifi call center the so called "100". but they are totally useless! cause they is different department.

they mentioned must live chat via unifi.com.my. but always when the queue arrive to my queue it become need to fill in e-form. all no response!

Yes, ask to set up hotspot then ask to contact carrier provider.. I suspect is bcoz I didn’t install the APN setting.. but since it is temporary usage that time on my iPhone, I just ignore it..

guys, i'm currently facing a weird issue, im not able to get 4g signal on my galaxy S8, but on my ipad air 2 and oneplus one i'm able to
previously i was able to get 4g signal on my s8 but only recently it happened, any idea what can i do bout it?

unlike iphone, i don't think zmi mf885 supports lte band 5 850mhz. so it is probably connected to one of the tdd-lte bands which are used by webe.

And will have 90 days from Day 1 to expiry date.
