any official page we can refer to?
in the wiki band 40 only added on Dec 2016, what is the date band 38 introduced?

even webe webpage also mentioned 2300MHz only, how we can so sure they got 2600MHz TDD-LTE?

Since when TM acquired band 38 & 40? Since 2014 when TM bought over 57% of P1 share.

Does your can able to access itemissed statement?
I mean something like a transactions what time you outgoing call, outgoing sms, or any usage of data activity.

Based on your screenshot, seems like nothing much function at there.

Go to history page to see usage and activities. But since I haven't use mine yet, nothing to show.

Keeps on throttling... (Location  : Kuala Kangsar)

[attachmentid=9600315]

Unlike TuneTalk...

I believe it was not throttling, but rather poor signal conditions such as distances from tower, interference, device conditions and LTE band.

I assumed that you're connected to Band 5.

Previous webe experience in Kuala Kangsar.

Finally it's working. It took long time to activate and only after logging into the unifi app, it works. The line quality is not that good though. I can get full bar LTE with Celcom but unifi is showing around half of that only. Will observe further though.
*
Signal strength is not a conclusive ways of defining the quality of a network. It just means that you are far from the tower or there are many noise/obstruction between the tower and you. So, I can only assume that Celcom 4G tower is nearer to you than Unifi Mobile 4G tower.

Possible too. Tried surfing the net after several restart. The speed is okay and YouTube plays without buffer at good quality. Will test even further today at other place to see how it works.

How is unifi line holding up for you? Is it your main line or secondary?
*
I have WebeM as mainline and Unifi Mobile for my tablet.
(they were the same network after all)

Hello guys,

I got my SIM card yesterday but until now it still shows "No SIM" after I insert the sim card... what should I do?
*
It might indicate that you had faulty SIM or your SIM tray have some issue.

The new unifi good anot? Last time I tried webe the line coverage is not satisfying, so I stick back to other telco dy
*
Its the same telco and network. If they had upgrade your area with more tower, then you will have better coverage.

Yea I am in mall, it was not moving, no 4G, surprisingly after I used nearby WiFi then it looks like (disable and re-enable) the Mobile Data, it can connect back to 4G. Not sure if it is using band 5 or band 38 or 49, unless I use app to check ?
*
UniFi Mobile had not fully deployed inside buildings. So you are mostly connected to 3G services which in default have only 50Mb of data. Once you are connected to 4G network, you'll be able to utilize 20GB fee data.

wifi@UniFi is a different service. You have to register using i-foundit app to be able to use it.

Hi, thank you. Meaning They cant support a 3.5G phone.
*
They do support 3G and 3.5G, but only data 'labeled' as 3G/LTE can be used under 3G.
If it is an LTE data, can only be utilized when you have LTE.
Attached Image
For example 8GB (RM 50) have 4GB of data for 3G/LTE and 4GB of data for LTE.
That means, if you're in 3G area or using 3G phone, you can only use 4GB of data

they still do not have apple service enable la. including imessage/facetime via phone number also could not activate.

but luckily both my iphone finally can enable imessage/facetime via number by force biggrin.gif
*
imessage & facetime is Apple responsibility. Unifi Mobile can only writes to them and inform that there is a new telco in Malaysia. It is up to Apple to enable it on Unifi Mobile or not. (Apple will cite that they can't enabled it yet as they have not tested and verify Unifi Mobile network)

Remembers there is a time where no iPhone but only Android phone in Malaysia have 4G even though the telcos had implemented it for some times? It is the same case this time around with Unifi Mobile.

*
Use their app, mobile@unifi.
You can download from Play Store (for android) or App Store (for iOS).

Mind to tell under which tab? Mine inside only will show the total free data given, but not the balance left.
