Hi all,
I have just registered the Unifi Mobile and got the sim.
Put it into my old Huawei E5372 MIFI and noticed it cannot get 4G. I am ok with 3G.
But as I understand correctly, the first 10GB is for LTE only?
Problem is I am still able to surf the net using 3G.
If I continue to use it with 3G connection, will I have to pay anything?

I missed out the 3G 50MB info previously. Now it is clear for me and I understand that my MIFI is not supported for LTE.

Does anyone of you having problem to receive sms from maxis numbers? All of my unifi mobile numbers could not receive sms from Maxis but no problem from Digi. I have contacted Maxis and they informed it was due to Unifi blocked maxis numbers. Have log the case thru unifi and they keep saying my sms center was set wrongly or my phone is not supported. Then they just asked to try using other phones and report back. Yet, they just closed my case.
Hope to get some advise from here.

This Unifi mobile, when you enter into to location with weak signal and turn back to strong signal, the internet connection won't be connected until I need to put the phone into plane mode and normal mode again... Then only I can get back data...
Anyone got this problem?

Face this problem for quite some time d.. always need to turn to airplane mode.. even sometime I sit at home, it will auto cut off from LTE to 3G, n I need to turn on n off airport mode to get back to LTE. The signal getting worst these days.. having this problem more frequent now

Right after reading your post, I sent an SMS from my Maxis Postpaid number to my Unifi Mobile number. SMS received successfully.

(Use my Hotlink plan to send SMS to 2 different unifi mobile numbers and both received the SMS.)

hi guys, i got a weird case happens
i got 3 phones, all 4G/LTE capable. 1+1, 1+2, and Note 3 (samsung).
if i'm at my office (USJ area), all phone able to use unifi@mobile's LTE, but when i go home (dengkil area), only 1+2 & Note 3 can use LTE. 1+1 will only show H+ with an X at the bottom.
tried flashing different firmware/radios for the 1+1, results still same. no LTE if at home.
anyone else facing this issue?

Oneplus One doesn't support LTE band 5 totally and hence this is why. Oneplus Two and Note 3 support LTE band 5. LTE band 5 is known for its wall penetrating capability and range. However your Oneplus One was still able to connect to LTE because the are you went was covered with LTE band 38/40 which Oneplus One support.
