Anyone using mi3?
I changed the apn to unifi but can't get the internet. Can call. It says too many users connecting? Tried reseting the phone and re established the sim too

Got my sim card today, can make calls, can receive calls and did some speed test. After that, i tried to register my account in the App, failed and it asked me to give some time and come back later.

After a few minutes, broadband is dead, totally not moving, can make calls biut cannot receive calls. Has anyone face this kinda problem? Should i call 100 to speak with CS?

Check ur mi3 network band, I don think mi3 support 4G

actually, what will happen when halfway during a call and the 10min free call has finished?

will the call get cut off in the middle? any one has experience on this?

Problem is Unifi mobile CS is app-based, and 100 doesn't serve Unifi mobile subscribers because it's for TM subscribers, so you will need to talk to the Unifi mobile CS on the app via chat.

Cannot register my new number using APP (first time login), it keeps telling me to make calls or sms or data usage. I've done all that and waited since 3pm today. Keep registering and repeat the steps but still cawkup XD

Not true. Friendi that used to renew validity for a fresh 60 days after every call, sms, internet use or top-up.
I kept my line alive for years by sms to my main number every first of the month.
I only reloaded once for RM5
I had to port to Unifi because Friendi just changed their T&C to require reload every 30 days.
Never finished my RM5

What means for "basic data"?
Is it consider throtted speed 128kbps so called "basic data"?

OR is this consider 4G LTE or 3G basic data?
