QUOTE(afza @ Mar 9 2018, 06:09 PM) They do support 3G and 3.5G, but only data 'labeled' as 3G/LTE can be used under 3G. If it is an LTE data, can only be utilized when you have LTE. [attachmentid=9645374] For example 8GB (RM 50) have 4GB of data for 3G/LTE and 4GB of data for LTE. That means, if you're in 3G area or using 3G phone, you can only use 4GB of data Without 4G the data is useless, rm50 for 4GB is expensive

Got my sim card today, can make calls, can receive calls and did some speed test. After that, i tried to register my account in the App, failed and it asked me to give some time and come back later.
After a few minutes, broadband is dead, totally not moving, can make calls biut cannot receive calls. Has anyone face this kinda problem? Should i call 100 to speak with CS?

Problem is Unifi mobile CS is app-based, and 100 doesn't serve Unifi mobile subscribers because it's for TM subscribers, so you will need to talk to the Unifi mobile CS on the app via chat.

QUOTE(Alex9182 @ Mar 9 2018, 10:21 PM) You can chat with CS on the app, why not? Cannot register my new number using APP (first time login), it keeps telling me to make calls or sms or data usage. I've done all that and waited since 3pm today. Keep registering and repeat the steps but still cawkup XD

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Mar 9 2018, 10:20 PM) Only share and publish to the public, then they will wake up and take further action? Oh ya, it's seems like next time we have any complain or inquiry, request lowyat.NET or soyacincau publish to the public. That is the best solutions and will resolve within 24 hours.

QUOTE(tohff7 @ Mar 8 2018, 05:02 PM) to me, it's clear from Day 1 that you need to at least do a reload every 90 days to keep the line active. no way a telco can let you keep a line for so long just by making a RM0.15 call once every 90 days. perhaps it's a poor marketing and wrong communication by TM. Apart from this, I'm not so sure why ppl need to be so outrage about it. it's still much better than having to top-up regularly for other telcos prepaid plans isn't it? Not true. Friendi that used to renew validity for a fresh 60 days after every call, sms, internet use or top-up. I kept my line alive for years by sms to my main number every first of the month. I only reloaded once for RM5 I had to port to Unifi because Friendi just changed their T&C to require reload every 30 days. Never finished my RM5

OR is this consider 4G LTE or 3G basic data? Confusing..
