QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jan 29 2018, 09:07 AM) as i know for active to passive, other telco got send sms to remind u to reload, so for this case, we assume they will as well but who knows, we only can know this when 89 days has come as for passive period till line termination, all telco didn't provide this support to remind u that ur line will be terminate soon, as for passive period till line termination, all telco didn't provide this support to remind u that ur line will be terminate soon, so if unifi is using this method, then no choice but u have to do this manually AFAIK umobile did send this recently to my line, somebody mentioned about Digi too. |

QUOTE(rannworld @ Feb 3 2018, 11:33 PM) just port out from hotlink to unifi mobile. so far there is a few problems that I am facing: These problems existed since day one in 2016. Not wISE to port in your existing number but treat this as a backup/secondary line.1) First Time Login to Unifi Mobile IOS apps: Unable to receive TAC. 2) iMessage & FaceTime: Unable to activate both services. Only manage to use my own apple ID to use iMessage / Facetime. 3) Social media: (i) send them a message thru unifi mobile FB (https://www.facebook.com/unifimobile/) for assistance. No Response. (ii) send a twitter message to @helpmeunifi. Response: refer to Live Chat or send a report to @webe_official to lodge a report. (iii) Live Chat. Response to fill in e form. I guess will need to wait a few months for them to be very stable. |

After adding a few hundred thousands new users, most likely speed will be degraded further. Pity those postpaid users.

Unless we got a way to check the extended validity period(VP), we can not find out which usage will extend the VP. The dashboard needs to include such info.

After the 1st million starter pack giveaway, heard that it will be charged at rm20 or rm30. So for these paying users ,using their 20GB+50MB data, 10min calls, 10sms are considered as chargable usage right?

QUOTE(SilentStorm @ Feb 21 2018, 11:25 AM) Yeah I have read that the extra data is only available for three days and must be used finished within that period, but still think it is quite okay lah, especially for people without a fixed line at home, can take advantage of that extra data to download whatever they want during that three days period then not wasted already. What is this? Anything to do with UnifiMobile? |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Feb 24 2018, 11:37 AM) went to klia yesterday.. once reach around cyberjaya area all the way to klia... unifi became non-existent. May be if your mobile supports all band 5,38,40 then coverage will be better. For me it is usable at most places I frequent but I use it more for the free 20GB. DIGI prepaid is still my main line and where places I cant use UnifiMobile, I will just buy Rm1 300mb Digi add-on.as a secondary line in urban areas could ok provided u don't stay in high rise etc... but otherwise i wouldn't even use it as secondary... not reliable enough. |
