Hi, need help the annual fee is charged to my card (TWE) and the bank refused to waive it However, after the annual fee charged, there is a auto debit transactions but i didnt manually use the card after that. If I cancel now, do I still need to pay for the full annual fee? Jason liked this post

I stopped my TWE last year, but recently there is a refund debited into the card.
I just received the statement via email, and it shown negative with the refund amount How can I get the refund? I already emailed their CS, waiting for reply. As I am overseas now, didn't call them yet |

Max out at RM1,667 spend to get roughly RM50 worth of cashback (with some dilution now). |

How to temporary approve if next time happen?
Try to pay medical fee around 5k (wave), error like svc declined, forgot excact word, then bank call me say blocked me as too hi amt, and verify my identity, and say will temporay unlock, i try again same error (slot in) I got enough of credit limit, cimb master rebate card Now i not yet try small amt, not sure i still can use or not, or is totally block my card |

has eCIMB credit card 12x points on 28th each month changed? last statement 23.3.25 i didnt get 20000 points Every month on 28th i swiped RM1670 on Pay Dy got 20k points.
