Thanks for the FAQ. Is the any charges? I heard that if renew near to expired month/after don't need any charges renew at branch.

Not sure about the charges , but should be free. I also receive email to renew online my debit card but after I enter the info but I seem cant get the OTP sent to my phone. I did call the cs about this, and the CS told me if I cant get OTP mean I am not eligible for this offer and ask me go to branch to renew. Lol.

For CIMB PETRONAS VISA PLATINUM-i CREDIT CARD, anyone know that FPX transaction include in the statement balance to be eligible for 8% cashback? Read through the term and condition, still not quite understand.

*Statement Balance includes any outstanding balances which are carried forward from the previous month’s statement and new
transactions made on the current month’s statement.

Any? Mean all of these below also include right? Just no cashback for below?
