6 days already.... i'm not sure what is his Statement date though. mine was 20th.

should've put these info earlier

have you checked in cimb portal?

the cb is posted AFTER your statement date, so the cb will not be statement-ed yet. it will only "appear" in your 20 Dec statement

The App tx history also do not reflect. Maybe it is a First statement thingy. like later on forever you will see one-month-late cashback.
A bit like Std chartered JOP ini macam. Make your cancellation decision slower only

previously, i get my 1st cb posted after 1st statement (appear in 2nd statement)

No idea yours, but I got my 1st statement on 20th (received email on 21st) and saw CB posted on 19th, if I'm not mistaken. So Nov's CB will be reflected to the following statement.

Yesterday My CIMB Petronas Visa Infinite had an unauthorized transaction...
EUR 63 via Paypal....

When the notification appeared, i called CS immediately to block card, however the CS say the transaction went through.
What i did is Blocked card and raised dispute on the unauthorized transaction (without SMS OTP )
They say investigation gonna took place for 45 days to 90 days...

----
Today when i check my credit limit, there is an reduction of obvious RM 300 (Which is the dispute amount) on my credit limit

My question is :
On the disputed amount, do we need to pay them on the next statement ?
Or we just ignore that particular transaction...

Sigh...

when you call them, you can ask them to provide temporary credit limit to offset the fraud charged amount.

and no, you should not pay them.

Thanks bro,
i suffered a lot of fraud before BUT All of them triggered the alert of Bank and they suspended / disallow the transaction
Only CIMB this time they say the transaction pass through.
So i was wondering about it.

I kena once, CIMB say need pay first, or else will kena finance charged and late payment, later they will credit back the unauthotized amount.

Finance charged and late payment u will need to manual call to waive if u dont pay that amount. A bit troblesame, so i jz paid
