One more question, I won't be hitting the spending requirement for the Travel World Elite, annual fee should be charged by end Sep.

But, I will be traveling in early Sep, can I still continue to use the card in early Sep, when statement arrived, pay and claim the points. Then request cancel card without paying the Annual Fee?

Or I need to cancel it now before the bank charge the Annual Fee?

I stopped my TWE last year, but recently there is a refund debited into the card.
I just received the statement via email, and it shown negative with the refund amount

How can I get the refund?

I already emailed their CS, waiting for reply. As I am overseas now, didn't call them yet

TWE annual fee promo is back, just need to spend 15k in 120 days.
I cancelled mine in Sep 2024, should be qualify as new card user for this promo.

Is this card still worth it?

Yes, I use it for sub card to parents so they can use lounge and the free hotel stay
