After calling customer service, now only get my FOREIGN CURRENCY CASH REBATE 2%. About RM20. Please call them if you don't receive.

Eh, there's this CIMB campaign where you spent RM 50 then u get an entry...results out? I wanna cancel the card but scare might make the entry invalid hahaha

may I know what is cash rebate reversal? I keep getting this in my cc statement

i declined...

It seems that at first, CIMB was probably tired of manually crediting the 5% online cashback to CIMB Cash Rebate Cardholders, who decided to report the missing cashback matter to CIMB Customer Resolution Unit and Bank Negara Malaysia.

That may be one of many reasons why CIMB chose to significantly reduce the 5% online cashback to 0.2% online cashback for CIMB Cash Rebate Cardholders.

Well, what to do? We can just stay away from CIMB Credit Cards for now.

Now I seldom use my CIMB CC already. Seeing it is FREE for life, I'm just keeping the card...
