if pay in foreign currency, no cross border fee

you sure both principal and supp has zero balance after including the cash back for both cards individually?
the last time i paid mine minus the cash back (both cards zero balance), I did not get finance charges

bloody cimb, dah la reduced the benefit for cimb cr, still manage to calculate wrong cash back amount for my cards
i only have 3 foreign transaction in feb, that also cannot calculate properly, even calculating using 0.2% also not correct, as one of my transaction is above RM1000, so minimum for 0.2% already RM2, and i'm only getting RM1.64

mine was stated "cash rebate" though, since i only have 3 swipes in USD, really no idea what their stupid system is calculating
