Hi, I would like to cancel my card.. however there's 1 transaction posted in dec.. currently the outstanding balance only included nov cashback.. is it I have to wait till dec statement out only I can cancel the card so that I can get both nov n dec cashback?

Ethically no.. Since u alrdy accepted their offer.. If I were u I would just keep the card for a few months before proceed to cancel.. At least they tried to keep u as their customer.. For me they didn't offer anything at all..

I called cimb n they told me if pay final statement balance - final cb when want to cancel will get finance charge.. n I have to call them again to waive the charge.. she suggested me to pay statement balance in full n the remaining cb will be credited to SA..

Is it true what she said? N will the finance charge leave bad record in my ccris?

Called today to cancel my card.. they offered rm15+15 if spend rm200 within 30 days.. the rm200 spending not necessary 1 transaction right?

I thought just have to call to reduce credit limit?

Their retention offer getting less? Last time offer RM30..

I got the offer 3 times through sms n phone call.. I rejected their offer every time n the last time cimb just called to inform me that they will increase my credit limit without even asked my permission.. really

Well.. I did receive.. now I refuse to answer when they call..
