If they playing with tricks telling you all kinds of grandma story refusing to honor cash back, just email to CSU and CC to BNM Telelink.
They will keep all their grandma story and grant you the cash back you entitled

Your case is the missing of 5% CB but only 0.2% CB due to the posting date?

Since last fri complain abt the missing CB until now still no news, seem like CIMB may prefer me to write email to them and CC to BNM..

Stupid CIMB System, total pay all outstanding amount and call to cancel the card, the CS still advice me to pay full statement amount, if not will get financial charge even alrd cancel the card

outstanding of 574, RM1 CB, so i pay 573 and call to cancel the card, but the CS request me to pay RM1 to avoid charge, i wonder how they wan to perform financial charge even i already cancel the card.

When the time i called to terminate, i think the most stupid question they ask is what the reason to cut CIMB CB platinum. that time they cut the most useful on9 benefit, then impose round down to nearest ringgit, i guess their marketing team just realise they card is really useless then just hv to come out with 12% dining CB

I think last time they counter offer me RM20 which cant even cover the SST, so i just request directly cancel.
