If I use CIMB platinum cash rebate to pay for my hotel accommodation online which the currency is Indonesia Rupiah, will I entitled any cash rebate?

After calling customer service, now only get my FOREIGN CURRENCY CASH REBATE 2%. About RM20. Please call them if you don't receive.
