Thanks for the guide smile.gif , will inform them.Sometimes certain IP will not run smooth on streaming , need to change the dynamic ip but everytime dc it'll connect to the same public IP .Worst sometimes getting a message from Google search "Unusual traffic from your computer network" need to type reCAPTCHA for certain ip but after dc and reconnect it is fine.

I read before someone call TM and ask for faster upload speed, and TM increase it to 1Mb, not much but double than existing speed. Never try myself.

If you do try, let me know hows the result.

I too would like to raise the upload speed.If there is a way such as auto switch.
Like 4mb/512kb d/u , i willing to change for 1-2 hours to 512kb/4mb d/u.
Does streamyx have this service ? temporary raise upload to 4mb ? later after upload return back .

Well I complaint through here https://unifi.com.my/personal but they still havent fix the private ip problem since last week. mad.gif

Using 8mbps for now, paying at RM140/month.
I got a call from TM today, say that they can upgrade me to

Unifi Lite 10mbps(*if i dont hear it wrong*)

while the fees remain the same. But new 100mbps unifi is at rm130.

My questions:
1)Should i proceed with it?
2)Is it copper wire or fibre optic?
3)I need to change my current modem (tenda d151)?
4) Will there be any upgrading fees like rewiring etc if i proceed?

1) Up to you, but probably will be more stable.
2) Copper.
3) Yes, your new modem router will have to support VDSL. Tends D151 does not.
4) Depends on infra.

maybe ur area still used copper, so tm offer u unifi lite 10mbps, max copper only 30mbps. i am copper but my house support 50mbps. so now tm give me 50mbps. brows.gif brows.gif

They offered me 10mbps upgrade + 600 mins call + unifi play tv (online) for rm80 forever

Go ahead...

Although currently RM79 is 30mbps, but got limit your data usage 60GB capped..
I believe yours is no contract upgrade to Unifi, go ahead since you can enjoy free call + enjoy watch tv forever..

This evening I received shocking monthly bill amounting more than RM500+, the details show that that for a cycle of Nov bill, they charged me RM480 and another cycle amounting about RM30+. Get in touched with live chat, I asked what reasons for that jumping amount of RM480? she really unable to give any definite answers and after a while she said will escalate the dispute to their billing department.

already got the complaint no, these few days I will get back to them which if still nothing I'll up the case to SKMM.
I wonder do I have to pay the full amount according to that bill if they decided to reflect the deduction on coming bill?

NEVER pay bill 1st. DONT, legally, if u pay means u agree. Dont pay until they fix it up
