Using 8mbps for now, paying at RM140/month.
I got a call from TM today, say that they can upgrade me to

Unifi Lite 10mbps(*if i dont hear it wrong*)

while the fees remain the same. But new 100mbps unifi is at rm130.

My questions:
1)Should i proceed with it?
2)Is it copper wire or fibre optic?
3)I need to change my current modem (tenda d151)?
4) Will there be any upgrading fees like rewiring etc if i proceed?
