Same here. The nearest unifi pole with distribution point just 50m from my house yet they keep saying its coming.

if you know there is available port there, just plant your own pole to extend the wire to your house. or share with your nearby neighbors for the cost of the pole. so close already. lol

large vidoe like 1gb to 3gb file.

I think I try upload one big file before, think its a video file about 1gb or less for youtube. Tooks hours to upload but the file keep getting corrupted after I uploaded, I try a few times but still unsuccessful. In the end, I just give up.

Today got upgraded:
Previous:
Streamyx Home 4.0M RM88
Now:
Stx Blockbuster 8.0M (unifi TV Lite) (Free Speed Upgrade 2018)

Why I know? Because got SMS with my login details for unifi TV
Anyways one question, in my acc details it listed:
Aneka Plus Pack
Free Basic Channels
Free 30 days
unifi playTV Lite

Free 30 days mean after this only get basic channels? Can change to other package like Ruby?

30 days of ultimate. After that, just varnam/aneka/ruby, u may switch to whichever pack u like if im not mistaken, no need wait 1 month

So just wait for the time to let them come to your place. But before they come to your place, they will call you to DOUBLE CONFIRM available at your prlace to prevent you FFK contractor...

In order to watch tv, you can prepare and hunting to get better android box such as xiaomi box or Himedia or something box tv...

OR you can use your tablet or phone device to enjoy TV portable.

Thank you for reply. Actually mine is upgrade from 4M to Streamyx Blockbuster 8M so I don't think it is unifi.
Since it's free so no one informed me anything and no contractor came to my place also
So even in this scenario also no STB provided?

8M is Unifi?

u got ultimate pack for a one month, after expired ultimate pack u can choose what pack u want it. ruby, aneka and varnam. if u want ultimate, u need pay RM60 per month.
streamyx 4mbps don't get STB box. now u need call tm for STB box for watching unifi tv under streamyx.

Just and update, called TM and they said mine is hypptv everywhere so no go for STB.
