Go to tm point and ask for discount. I managed to get the rm20 discount + free aneka pack for my 8mbps. Rm20 discount for a lifetime but free aneka pack for 1 year only (but who care, My stb are staying safely in their orange box for 4 years now). Currently i’m paying rm148.50 something after gst. Still expensive than unifi lite SUBB but I’ve got no choice and perhaps I should be grateful at least I got 8mbps, those who stuck with rm110 1mbps much more ‘kesian’ than me. According to Tm SUBB are expected to be implement at my area sometime in 2019-2020.

TM really like to screw it's customer. Just days before they release their bonanza plan, still want to offer upgrade which essentially is more expensive.

Got ask them to consider changing your plan to bonanza since you just got it last week? Or subscribe the bonanza plan and terminate the current plan? Difference of RM1440 for 2 years is more than enough to pay for the penalty.

i am thinking the same. i told the female desk girl, upgrade i get not thing (no modem, no phone, etc). some more force me to have hyppTV while i am not interest on that and cannot cancel from 8MB package, although hpyyTV is one time deal but i think no need ler...

They somewhat force you to use Hypp TV cuz they want more people to watch Hypp TV lo...

They have sport channels, but need to add additional RM30/month for Hypp TV Sports pack. And the sports content coverage aren't as good as Astro's.

Since the unifi promo package stated for new subscriber, I am skeptical whether TM will let me subscribe the promo unifi plan (assuming i have bonaza 8mbps contract ongoing).

I think it's possible, because Streamyx to UniFi is always considered as an upgrade, plus he's paying more every month, so why not?

Go to the nearest tmpoint and ask for special discount of RM20 for streamyx 8mbps. Give them your IC and thumbprint, and on your next bill you'll only need to pay RM140 (excluded GST). No renewal of contract though.

Went to tm point . Ask for unifi to replace streamyx. Not available. Direct offer me from rm150 to rm140 . But contract 1 year.

Is some part of your area got fiber optic unifi already?
If that so, your area falls under hsbb project. So, there’s no VC cabinet will be installed there. VC cabinet is for subb area only which still use the existing copper infra. You should receive ftth unifi in the future if not for the meantime.
