Me too, back to Yoodoo.

I think issue no.2 is problem.

My usage with okyoo now is rm30 monthly, unlimited call sms rmN i forget, top up internet which close to rm50.

Im jumping to gx50. Unlimited internet and call. Hope no hidden terms.

better switch to yoodo in that case.
using wifi more than data. calls cost rm12 for 2000 min.
hope ookyo will bring back the rm 8 for unlimited data and sms.

Pay to remove ads on your most frequently used apps. For example your launcher (if you're not using a custom launcher, try one out) etc. I've explored ways to 'withdraw', but no convenient ways.

Forget it. No ones helping me.

I dont mind paying more for unlimited calls/sms. As long as the option is there. I make alot of calls therefore very important for me. Too bad ill miss the unlimited data for the 4 apps, haha.

Only 5GB data. And no 4 free apps.

Better to do what someone else said above, port to yoodo (RM12 per month for 2000 minutes call, effectively unlimited) and get an ookyo sim card for data. Unless you're stuck with a single-SIM phone.

Total cost is RM42 (not counting tax) for 8GB+4unlimited app plus 2000 minutes call. Compare to Flex RM40 (not counting tax) 5GB, unlimited call+sms.

maybe he prefer to have 1 sim only and free basic data..

if many port out or cancel the account without paying. they will soon realise the mistake they have done.
definitely will miss the unlimited data access for 4 apps. but i did realise there was a bit battery drain with the VPN system.
2 things they need to change. Remove VPN.
Offer unlimited calls and sms.
For sure will bring more customers.

Yeah, the VPN really sucks battery. Previously used to charge my phone once or twice a day but now its 3-4 times a day.

Yes the amount will be reflected in next bill cycle.. better screenshot balance amount from ookyo before porting out.

Do take note that for porting from ookyo to hotlink /maxis, you can do it only at maxis centre. Maxis store or retailer cannot do that as ookyo is considered subsidary)

How do they carry forward Google play credits to hotlink ?

No idea. U can try check with them or online. Or call 123 from ur hotlink / ookyo

I have RM13 in google credit but how can i use it? No option for maxis or ookyo at payment options.
