Im switching to umobile and as i typing "yes" to port out sms, sending failed because "phone number formatted incorrectly"...

Meaning to say i cant send that port ot sms at all... How to solve this?

1. Your number is in active status not grace;
2. Your wallet have at least 50 cent to reply the sms;
3. If fail..request again from umobile;
4. Fail again..create ticket in ookyo.

Umobile..still no unlimited calls..need to get gx50 only has..

but then..its umobile..better stick to ookyo..

May I get some clarification. Is it possible to convert my ookyo number to Hotlink?

Because I just went to a Maxis Center and asked to do so but apparently I can't. They said I need to change it to postpaid first. The cheapest is the Maxisone 98 which is a bit much.

Also I asked them if I could just MNP to another telco but they still said no. Must convert to postpaid. Thats the only way possible.

My question is, am I being scammed by the Maxis Center or what? Maybe the sales people just want to sell me stuff to meet their target.

Should I just MNP to another telco or stick with it. I want to keep the number as it is my main number.

which Maxis Centre you went to? u might have issues if so call centre is actually their representative only. might want to visit centre which actually belongs to maxis such as the garden.
