by the way ublur never reward their drivers for maintaining good rating. at least crapcar need 4.7 to entitle for their incentive.

just maintain your rating at healthy level. minimize/ stop driving during bad days and navigation issue will reduce when u have more experience

Did anyone have navigation issues yesterday (Monday) during and after the heavy rain?

I fetched a nepalese back to home few days back with uber. During the trip, he was recommending uber all the way, saying uber is about rm2-3 cheaper than grab. By the time, reached his house, pressed collect cash. Final fare was way much higher his usual fare. He was shocked. Rupa-rupanya surge trip. Then all the dispute started... At the end have to give him some discount out of my pocket. But before that, I offered to check his app to double check the fare. While checking his app, I clicked 5 stars.

I'm being naughty. Finished my break in Hartamas. Looks like starting to rain and the map still white white. Chilek dulu.. Waiting it to become red red.

I got the same case just like you two weeks ago. I end up with 1* from that bugger. Price hiked, I pulak kena blame. I shouldn't took that request due to low rider rating but accidentally accepted in midst of busy driving and sending rider.

huh? I thought rider is shown the fare upfront (with the surge)?

Most likely he didn't check the fare and just press book.

it reads they pre-register for u, unless u opt out (stop being e-hailing driver)

That means I don't have to do anything and let them pre-register?

guess so

i guess driver need send their car to PUSPAKOM for inspection and get the report in order to register to get the e-hailing licence.

Would registering by uber bind us to uber, and cannot drive for rivals?

i was at the store sungai buloh, then got a ping from sungai pelong, around 3-4KM drive, less than 10 minutes. so i quickly drive there. then on my way there, got a call from the rider, asking me to pick her up at the store, which where i was from. she was on a bus heading there.

anyone had a similar experience? rider requesting uber on a bus and ask to pickup at certain place... is this legit?

Lot of commuters did that especially train or komuter users, though she was supposed to tag the exact pick-up location instead of current location.

Rider trying to avoid surge pricing at that area. So request from another area.
