Driver should clean up their car but riders seem expecting more than that...in car air purifier?

Finally I understand why I get some no reason low star ratings right now..Their expectation is over my limit.

I thought sending them safely to their destination with a standard cleanliness car is enough but obviously its not for some picky riders..

It's my fault for not reaching their expectation for a RM3 fare from them, I need to think twice if I should continue providing my service to them..

i just saw from facebook UG (uber/grab) someone screenshot (from uber driver apps) getting rm2k+ in one whole week for end of august this year... is it really possible?

I fetched a nepalese back to home few days back with uber. During the trip, he was recommending uber all the way, saying uber is about rm2-3 cheaper than grab. By the time, reached his house, pressed collect cash. Final fare was way much higher his usual fare. He was shocked. Rupa-rupanya surge trip. Then all the dispute started... At the end have to give him some discount out of my pocket. But before that, I offered to check his app to double check the fare. While checking his app, I clicked 5 stars.

so this is common? with the traffic i had to face to make a u-turn 

i got this experience too. thankfully, the rider didnt talk much and just pay

i use to care so much about my ratings. but after receiving a few low rating for no strong reason, meh, i got used to it d LOL. no point of paying so much attention to ratings, cash is my top priority
BTW, the higher acceptance rate we got, the easier for us to get riders right? i use to got 99% acceptance rate, back then getting a rider is as easy as 123, even at ulu places.

I think so....ping seems came in slow after keep ignoring few pings. especially after softban for 5 mins.

can others confirm this? I don't drive uber so frequently anymore

my weekly promotion incentive has been reducing every week. from rm 190 for 54 trips to rm 105 recently (i hit the target every week). so i stopped driving uber last 2 weeks and this week the promotion incentive went back rm 190 again.

so uber will punish you if you work hard, and reward you if you drive less. 

crapcar got the morning quest this week...so call commission cash back.

This morning 9am already 169 in the queue list. Uber asked me go somewhere else fish customer hahaha

Btw, now a bit fobia do Uber liao. Tis morning 1am got ping from pudu. Thought it will b going somewhere to pj,cheras etc. Emd up the passenger going Nilai University 😷😷😷. Having hard time there to complete my quest

Anyone? i try to sign up to become uber driver. however i got problem on insurance cover note. I bought a new car this year which is under zurich takaful insurance. However since there is a new rules, where insurance have to be registered before plat number is being released and confirmed. So on my insurance cover note. My car registration number does not being showed. So what should i do? Everytime i uploaded my insurance cover note, uber always ask me to upload my insurance again. Please help guys.

It needs to work 2 ways. Passengers win. Drivers also must feel like winning.
But sorry to say it is not the case for Uber drivers. Is there any added bonus for picking up many short trips? I dont think so.
With this promo on, creating more and more short trips. Passenger sure happy no need to pay FOC trip. But how about the driver? Hmm...

Just for the sake of comparison. Last Saturday, long weekends, but luckily Grab got promo code on. Pubic holidays, weekends as always will be full with part time drivers. So ping request will be "dry".

Since up front fare, as a rider i cant see the surge amt (eg1.7, 1.8, 2.0 etc)
How about you Uber drivers here, can you see the surge rate?

I am still hoping for uber to survive..though first choice to drive is still grab,  is it is an alternative platform in case grab ban you (they are famous for that)....finger cross lyft will come here soon...

Oh..I also notice one more thing..not sure if it applies to everyone..when you're on the main screen..the blue arrow tends to point up (north) when your car is still..even when you're actually pointing a different direction..

This affected my pick ups so many times..I'm at a traffic light to go straight..but because of the direction I'm "facing" in the app..the pick up is behind me
