After that, I'll just cancel it and mark "wrong address". This shall remind and "teach" them to be careful next time. RM3.75 for me for the trouble. And in case the rider wanna dispute to reclaim/refund, I've pm-ed them in-app as proof.

I shouldn't took that request due to low rider rating but accidentally accepted in midst of busy driving and sending rider. just so you know, driver rating can be edited back by going to the trip history.

Want to ask about uber incentive, is it similar to grab? Where can check?
And also if i press cancellation after 5 mins no show up, the fee is how much?

I don't drive uber so frequently anymore I felt that too ping became slower. In CR tab, it did mentioned "High rates don't affect your account, but often mean shorter wait times." Somehow I feel rating plays a role in the matching algorithm.

Nowadays with so many long distance pick up and poor riders rating, no easy to maintain high acceptance rate.
