I would like to raise few question which i doubt about,hopefilly u all can share ur valued opinion

1)5star rating is it important?can we dont rating rider after completed trip(i mean during drop off point)

2)how to entitle guarantee fare?i drive in weekend and seem like no entitle for it

3)it seems like ping request controlled by uber is it?no matter how hard i drive, normally is 2 trip per hour only,although i saw many ppl waiting uber cab in my location,but i didnt get the ping request.

I will call once I have arrived at the pickup location.
If still unable to get thru to the rider, I will cancel after 5-10 mins.
After 25% deduction, rm3.75 is your nett (plus I think you need to be at the pickup location to be entitled for this).


It's total BS by Uber.
During my final days driving, my AR ~80% and CR ~20% - yet still continuous ping.
Less ping means less customer, you can confirm it with the map colour and the Uber Rider app.
Too many lies told by Uber, do not believe everything they have said.
Money in the pocket is more important.


1. Rating is a measurement on how good a driver you are. Heard will get banned if it is too low, I have never gotten to that point though. You need to rate your rider upon trip completion, no exception.
2. Have not heard about guarantee fare since last year, maybe the newbies might have ?
3. Everything is controlled by the system, including where to send you. Don't underestimate the power of the system LOL...

In my apps have shown CERTAIN guarantee fare per hourin different amlunt with different time with term n condition which require to fullfill. Last 2 weeks i got the guarantee amount, but last week i dont get it.

In which state you drive uber?

1. Yes rating is always important. You are helping the community. So please do your part and rate, especially those bad attitude passenger. Rate them 1 star so that another drivers will not pick or accept their ping request. They will need to use back teksi confirm. Pandan muka for their bad attitude.

2. Your location? There is no longer guarantee fare in the Klang Valley.

3. No formula for this. Total random.

Are you new...if yes you might need to wait for a while for guaranteed fare eligibility.

anyone being to airport recently?
if don't wait at the designated area can get airport ping or not?

I thought unlike Grab, Uber used a queue system. Though as some said prone to misued, eg a phone jammer.

yesterday I dropped one rider in klia 1
don't see the queue no appear
then receive ping from crabcar...cabut already.

my weekly promotion incentive has been reducing every week. from rm 190 for 54 trips to rm 105 recently (i hit the target every week). so i stopped driving uber last 2 weeks and this week the promotion incentive went back rm 190 again.

so uber will punish you if you work hard, and reward you if you drive less.

crapcar got the morning quest this week...so call commission cash back.

This morning 9am already 169 in the queue list. Uber asked me go somewhere else fish customer hahaha

Btw, now a bit fobia do Uber liao. Tis morning 1am got ping from pudu. Thought it will b going somewhere to pj,cheras etc. Emd up the passenger going Nilai University 😷😷😷. Having hard time there to complete my quest

Anyone? i try to sign up to become uber driver. however i got problem on insurance cover note. I bought a new car this year which is under zurich takaful insurance. However since there is a new rules, where insurance have to be registered before plat number is being released and confirmed. So on my insurance cover note. My car registration number does not being showed. So what should i do? Everytime i uploaded my insurance cover note, uber always ask me to upload my insurance again. Please help guys.

Not in my case, manage to hit weekly quest (barely ), usually hovering around 120-155, and this week indeed same as you which is 190.

GRAB geh morning quest is from/to what time?

Are pings from Nilai area can be counted in KV quest?

The only thing you can do is wait.. and resubmit to UBER once you got the plate number and is stated in the cover note.
