Both Uber and Grab same - instead of encouraging their hard working drivers, they discourage them.

When you buy something, you know the product and the price.
When you drive for Uber, you don't know the product (where rider wants to go) and you don't know the price (fare), until you have actually bought it (rider has boarded). Furthermore, you have to go a long way to buy it (far pick up point). You still want to drive for Uber? Why? Well, maybe if they drop the commission to 2% or 2.5%, then can consider ... Uber is in no position to force or even to bargain. If it doesn't stand down from its stupid restrictions on drivers, it's a foregone conclusion that it will go bankrupt in Malaysia.
