The telco tower is located on the bukit lanjan hilltop. I'd say about 500m away

From the information I obtained, the unit will be auditted based on the Qlassic Construction Quality Assessment Framework, in which, ensuring the project is being develop fulfilling specification mentioned in the spec, as well as the facilities or final product perform as its intended purposes. Besides Foresta, L&G also build Astoria, in which, so far, also under Qlassic assessment.

Wanna ask how about the developer's workmanship? Heard a lot of foresta owner said that Foresta is not good workmanship.
Worry about Seresta will come out with poor workmanship.

Come back in 2 years? From the outside it seems okay but can't compare much for now.

On a side note, Foresta workmanship has issues on the last 2 blocks mostly previously. Rushed to finish the project to avoid LAD.

It seems pretty close to me, pretty gigantic too!

Truly agree with how bad the contractor appointed by the developer completed Foresta, but if me, I will compare against latest development by the developer, that under same Qlassic Assessment; Astoria. That will benchmarks against future quality. Peace Out!

All the assessment is wayang only.
A lot of water leakage project is pass through the Qlassic assessment with high score.

Assessment is not done for whole building, just selected points and this selected points will be special take care.

Why defect only relate to main con? Developer cuci tangan?
Developer give short lead time and low margin pay to main con, then expect good results?

Give chance, main con learn from mistake.

You will need to provide evidence of ownership - a snapshot of S&P (not offer letter) main page with name, unit number.

I noticed that a 15amp switch socket outlet is not mentioned in the S&P. If you believe that you need this, perhaps you could write in to the developer to request this.

Only the 13amp ones are mentioned. The 15amp one is typically used for ovens. It's not as simple as switching out the 13amp outlet to a 15amp one. Need to draw a line from the main circuit breaker to a 15amp outlet for ovens.

We are also interested in Block B unit type B.
Just transferred the locking fee and now applying for loan.
Reading the posts here made me a little worried about the finish quality though.
I hope they learned from Foresta and do a better job here. Also since Seresta is more expensive, hopefully they will use better material.
Anyone has more information about their other project Astoria?
How’s the workmanship there?
Also I was reading somewhere that the developer won few awards. If the workmanship is not good, how did they win an award? 😅
