Want to check with buyers of this project. Mostly for own stay? Saw the whole projects layout etc. A lot of families there too during my time there. Everyone promoting the new block.

Can be a massive risk because the back of the Damansara Central Park is so steep. Cutting the hill to make way for development can both change the nature of the hill, as well as possible movement of soil and control of water. Need trees to hold the soil and water. The fact that there is a natural lake there, means that there is a lot of water retained by the geography of this hill and forest reserve. All in all, it's not good.
