to me, if you are a reputable developer, you should try your best to repair all these finishes defects regardless the DLP. We are not talking about consumables, we are talking about those things that should be done right in the very first place.

All the assessment is wayang only.
A lot of water leakage project is pass through the Qlassic assessment with high score.

Assessment is not done for whole building, just selected points and this selected points will be special take care.

Why defect only relate to main con? Developer cuci tangan?
Developer give short lead time and low margin pay to main con, then expect good results?

Anyone know how many % units still left?

Just visited Foresta, caught inside lift for 1 minute. Location quite good, but general facilities area not maintained so good.

So far anyone got concern about the condo build at the hillside?
