I like this project but concern on workmanship as the developer got bad repo on damansara foresta. It's not like how they projected, a lot of issues, lift issues, poor maintenance. Hesitating to purchase.i really like the serenity and escape from city life and relax.

any owner group created so far? me and my friends decided to proceed with this project. and my loan just got approve too.
Few key elements we considered after hearing some feedback from foresta owners and personally went there experience: 1. Workmenship - Foresta Tower C and D really quite bad but A & B seems better. Developer do acknowledge about this and mention will do better for seresta as pricing also more premium. But this is alwys a risk. 2. Lift Issue - got confirmation from developer they change to another lift provider, if not mistaken Seresta is Kone. 3. Feedback from some friends that own Foresta, the environment really excellent and that also the main reason we proceed for here. The forest view really something we been looking for and like some mention here, is like a escape in city. 4. Location were still okay for us as is still reachable to major places such as PJ & KL and was pretty mature township. With new TA new retail coming soon, hopefully BSD will be even better. |

Do we foresee capital appreciation for this project in the next 5-10 years? Currently the price is more than 800k. I wonder whether I can sell it at such a high price or rent it for 2.8-3k at least. I checked beside foresta, selling so cheap 600-700k.

Currently I'm buying for own stay but in the future (around 5 years later) if everything goes well, I may transferred to overseas for few years. Hence thinking, what would I do with this property that time.

To be honest, looking at the uncertainty of your scenario today, i believe the right question would be would you wanna commit into such a big commitment now? or shall access again in 1 - 2 years time before making the decision? |
