devilkid84 is right on the rebate part. The rebate vary depends on the type of layout. The layout that almost sold out is Type D2 (one unit left).

How is Foresta doing? Does anyone renting it out. I'm buying for own stay and future investment. What's the sifu view on this project? I like seresta, Tropika and Arte Mont Kiara. Dont know which one is better choice
