I finally got JOG after withdraw my purchase from Gamuda Garden, eco grandeur and elmina.  Not really into investment but mainly into own stay. Need to upgrade from my current walk up apartment since family is getting bigger. I think cost of living is about the same. Groceries are about the same price where ever you go. Only thing that I will surely miss is the privilege to do late night shopping at Giant or Tesco like what I'm enjoying right now in Kota Damansara. Since I'm working in Puchong, I can reach home in 20 min compare to 1 hour right now

Actually wife work in TTDI. Thats why we eye the properties there. But then we couldn't find any "Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi" within that area. They is 1 in Cyber which is Sekolah Seri Puteri. It will be a real advantage in travelling distance for me but for wife, she need to travel quite a distance to her work place. We found out theres few option whether to drive to TTDI, use Cyberjaya DTS or MRT.

good choice compare to those townships which totally not the same level with Cyberjaya in term of infrastructure, greenery initiatives, technology, schools, township planning, demographics, job opportunities etc. U can still shop at shaftbury and Dpulze at night in cyberjaya. Foresee more puchong ll move over to Cyberjaya especially those can afford the nice gng vyberjaya landed properties. No brainer.

The township CBJ is good and i do fancy eco glades and sejati alot. In terms of schools and overall amenities is good but i do have concern with the rising number of middle eastern in the township. Not being racist the overall feel of the township is not pleasant if the num continue to grows especially the shop areas near Shell petro station. Cyberview is being tasked and suppose to drive tech to this city as part of smart city... cashless society with digital payments etc and not driving in more and more mid easterns to the town. My humble 2 cent.

Well, the domain area is marked as Arab town in Wikimapia.

I'm fine with that, just like how we have little india or chinatown as long as it is under control. Was hoping the Korean's will have Little Korea around here too. Hehe.

I think around 25-35% shop lots along Jalan Bukit Bintang (from Grand Millennium Hotel to Jalan Pudu junction) are occupied by middle eastern businesses. Try walk along the road and you can get the feeling of being on a street in Amman, Beirut or Cairo.

By the way, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) is the largest shareholder of Pavilion KL (Desmond Lim 2nd largest) and also the owner of Fahrenheit 88.

In Cyberjaya, the equivalent is Neo-Domain area a.k.a. Arab Town. Plenty of middle eastern businesses there.

I thought Sekolah Seri Puteri is a girl boarding school? Not all can apply to enroll or qualified to the school.

Anyway congrats to the purchaser. IMO JOG is one of the better landed launches of this year if you are looking at the RM1m+/- budget.

Seri Puteri is a boarding school, I dont understand your reasoning.

Actually SK TTDI (1) is an SBT, but it's primary school, not secondary.
