Only one T Junction facing at nett slightly lower than 900k. the rest ard 930k up depend on the size n facing. Generally the BU is smaller n land size as well compare to previous launches.

This JOG..investment wise just do more homework..landed if wanna rent out sure negative cashflow..landed nowadays all long term play..and a mil is norm for good gng dev...at least in cyberjaya intermediate link gng rental can go 3k or 3kplus basic with kitchen n airconds like in SEG (based on my actual info gathered) as there are still expats famolies renting here compare to the areas that only local family like ECo majestic ..eco hills in semonyet which intermediate link basic is rented out at 900 or 1k...anyway, cyberjaya is very subjective..like then buy..dont like jua find somewhere lo..smile.gif

It seems 2/3 of overhang soho in Selangor is in Sepang e.g CBJ.

By the way, heard lakefront zero lot bungalow looks like.VP ed soon...have they put in lanscape to beautify the lake there? will benefits cyberian.

I thought already VPed a month or two ago. Anyway can see that they r clearing up in front of it and beside the lake wf path, looks like landscaping is on the way.

And I'm curious why they have official launching of lakefront sales gallery too over the weekend. tot it has been there for years.
